Using plumberellicottcity.com or dialing its number means you accept these terms. Patapsco Plumbing, 2330 Mount Hebron Dr, Ellicott City, MD 21042, publishes the site. If the terms do not suit you, please leave the site alone.

Our role is advertising and connecting

We write plumbing information and answer a telephone line that passes callers along. That is the whole business. We do not perform plumbing work, we do not employ the people who visit your home, and we do not direct or inspect what they do.

The provider and the job

Your call goes to an independent plumbing service provider. The provider may accept or decline the job. If it accepts, the provider is responsible for the work and for the price. Any deal on scope, timing or payment is made between you and the provider. Ask about pricing before you agree, and confirm anything important with the provider in plain words.

Pages are general information

Guides and service pages describe common situations. They cannot see your pipes, and they are no replacement for a plumber standing in your basement. Facts about water suppliers, sewers and utilities come from public material and can change or vary by address. Your water bill and your local utility are the final word.

Danger comes first

A gas smell, smoke or sewage rising through a floor means leave and call 911 or the gas utility from outside. Our phone line is not an emergency service. When responders tell you something different from this site, follow the responders.

Fair use

• Use the site for lawful purposes and your own reference.
• Do not copy, resell or repost the content without permission.
• Do not disrupt the site or attempt to break into it.
• Do not phone the line to harass anyone or to report an emergency that is not real.

Hours and timing

The line is meant to be answered 24/7 and same-day service is available. Real timing still depends on the problem, the hour and who can take the job. We cannot promise a visit at a set time, or that each call ends in a visit.

Where our responsibility stops

The site and line are offered as they stand. As far as the law allows, Patapsco Plumbing is not liable for damage, loss or cost that comes from a provider’s work, advice or behavior, or from relying on general information published here. Nothing in these terms removes a right that the law does not let anyone remove.

Outside links

We may point to pages run by counties, cities or utilities. Those belong to other organizations, and we do not control or answer for them.

Changes and governing law
